Drawing on its experience in regional development, the foundation is implementing programs to improve and expand a comprehensive development model for underprivileged regions with a focus on vulnerable populations:

Projects in Ghal'eh Ganj
The development plan, initiated in 2014 with Ghal’eh Ganj County, expanded to 78 regions by the end of 2023. As of 2024, the foundation began exiting target regions and revising the plan. Arzuiyeh and Raz & Jargalan have been selected as pilot areas for the new phase.
