Network of volunteer (Jihadist) Facilitators and Executives
To improve program efficiency, a professional network of committed, skilled volunteer (jihadist)individuals is organized into:
Provincial Executives
Carefully selected based on four core competencies (jihadist spirit, local knowledge, commitment, expertise). They supervise and guide program implementation and facilitators, and undergo comprehensive training.
Local Facilitators
Selected from within target communities, they ensure program implementation and maintain community ties. They are trained and selected based on the same competency model. This structure optimizes resource use, connects the foundation with local communities, and encourages citizen participation in development and poverty eradication efforts.
