Alavi Empowerment Award

This award celebrates national empowerment leaders to promote role models and expand impactful service delivery. It aims to recognize successful initiatives in empowering the poor, advancing rural development, and promoting social justice. It raises awareness and encourages others to participate in these vital efforts.

Goals

Reinvent the Mostazafan Foundation’s image as a driving force for social and economic justice and empowerment

Motivate, synergize, and foster constructive competition among government, private, and community actors

Provide a forum for discussion and exchange on models of empowerment in education, health, and economic development

Build effective networks with institutions aligned with the foundation’s mission

Economic development in poor regions through empowerment, job creation, and sustainable income

Promoting educational equity, especially for underprivileged students and gifted youth

Since the year 2005-6, Alavi Foundation has been designated as the empowerment arm for the deprived by the Mostazafan Foundation of the Islamic Revolution and is responsible for implementing this important task.
