Founded in 2019, this center coordinates the participation of volunteer (jihadi) groups with the Alavi Foundation and Mostazafan Foundation. Its mission includes:
- Organizing issue-focused events in employment, culture, infrastructure, and healthcare
- Thematic campaigns (tree planting, Arbaeen, Ghadir, school supplies)
- Crisis response and disaster relief
The center also identifies, evaluates, ranks, and trains volunteer groups and connects them with Alavi Foundation affiliates for initiatives in employment, education, and health to fulfill the foundation’s poverty alleviation goals across Iran.
Achievements and Transformational Steps from March 2024 to 2025:
- Identification and evaluation of 1,000 jihadist groups
- Provision and distribution of 210,000 high-quality educational supply packages in cooperation with 700 grassroots groups
- Implementation of special occasion programs (National Ghadir Campaign, dispatch of pilgrims to Karbala, etc.)
- Establishment of Arbaeen service stations at the Rimdan border and support for the Arbaeen Hosseini Headquarters
Strategies and Programs
- Equipping and strengthening grassroots and jihadist groups in the areas of health, education, and crisis management
- Development and implementation of regulatory systems for identifying, recruiting, evaluating, ranking, and deploying grassroots and jihadist (volunteer) groups within Alavi Foundation’s mission areas
- Identifying and leveraging the capacities of grassroots and volunteer (jihadist) groups in underprivileged areas to support projects and issue-driven initiatives, organize themed campaigns, and facilitate participation in designated regional development projects
